Cancellations & “No Show” appointments cost our talented staff time and money. Clients who cancel or “no show” appointments will be asked to provide a non-refundable prepayment for future services.
However, we do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice.
Lastly, due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff’s personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
